12/26 - Fun in the SNOW! Brrrr

It was Jim's birthday... so we dropped of the little buckeroo and went shopping & had dinner at Boston Pizza.

Time to move the snow. Grandpa Dykes made a phone call to his work and in minutes he had his culdesac and neighbors driveways cleared out.

Look we found an Eskimo...

Say Cheese! If you're going outside boy...wear your hat!

12/27 - Christmas at the Kneelands!

Tyler getting hugs from Grandma Kneeland. We had a blast sharing stories, opening presents, and playing the new Wii game that Grandma & Grandma got for Tyler's cousins. Tyler is catching up with his Grandpa Kneeland.
Sup? Jim and Aunt Julie.

Let the feast begin!!!

Christmas Day at Grandma Flaherty!

Tyler with Grandma Flaherty.
Next year I'm sure he won't be crying when it's time to open gifts.
Tyler is checking out the purdy bow.
He isn't really digging the bow on the head.

Neither is his cousin Kael.

Tyler and his cousin...just chill'n.
Tyler opens his first stocking.

Like everything he touches, he's got to take a taste.

Here he is tasting his new bib.
The boys are having a serious discussion here! Jim WINS...Finally after 3 years of going out early!
Mamma's and their boys with the blankets Granny Dykes made for them.

Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve at Grandma & Grandpa Dykes. We started the evening a little early due to the snow and spent the day eating, opening presents and watching home videos. Tyler with his cousins, Amanda & Emma. Aunt Jewel poses by the Christmas tree. Here we're getting ready to open gifts Tyler is sitting with Uncle Bryan, waiting fo his turn to open a gift. Santa's little helper, Charlotte, hands out gifts. I think they got Jim the wrong size Jim loves Tyler's new hat!
Tyler and Mom in front of the Christmas tree.

Christmas started a little early...

Grandma & Grandpa Christensen were going out of town for the Christmas holiday, so we exchanged gifts early on the 19Th. We gave all the grandparents pictures we had taken professionally. I have a feeling that they're going to get use to getting pictures from us for presents!

Pacifier vs. Hand

Tyler doesn't normally take a pacifier, but since he was gnawing on the seat, I gave it to him to try. I thought it was funny the way he kept spitting it out and then putting it back in; so I quickly grabbed the flip camera and recorded it.

Tyler helps with the laundry...

Looks like we got to find him another place to take his naps, since he's out grown the laundry basket! ;)

Me & My Buddy

Today, Tyler got to finally meet his friend, Blake, from out of town. Blake is 1 year old and he is quite the little explorer. They exchanged a few stares and some baby talk and then went outside to take a few pictures with some colorful fallen leaves. After playing with Blake, I can say that I'm glad Tyler is not able to walk yet!

Look Who's Walking

Now if we can only get him to change his diapers!

Our Little Buckaroo Turned 4 Months Old Today!

Tyler turned 4 months old today; so to celebrate his father baked a cake and found some candles for him to stare at. He spent the day in his jumperoo and hanging out with his mom and dad. Later in the day he turned over, for the first time, by himself. Also today, while in his swing, he scooted himself almost out of the seat. Don't worry I was watching the whole time... I guess now we need to strap him in. Happy 4 Month Birthday Lil' Man!!

Grandma and Grandpa Christensen came to visit Tyler last week when they got back from their two week vacation in Tahiti. Grandpa missed Tyler so much that he came to see him after only sleeping for two hours! That's a lot of love!

Tyler, when he is not swaddled, loves to sleep with his hands above his head. I call him my little houdini because even when you think you've swaddled him real good he escapes!
