This Just In...

Jim & Tyler just got back from the Fadden house & Jim took these cute photos, that I thought I'd post real quick. I can't believe the hair on these boys!

4th of July

This 4th of July we went camping with friends & family. I swear I was there! Actually, I feel like I'm going to be saying that a lot to Tyler when he gets older...since I'm always the one taking pictures. Well it was Tyler's first vacation/camping trip and boy was it HOT! Most of the time we were keeping him out of the sun or applying a thick layer of sunblock so he wouldn't get a sunburn, when he was playing in the lake or on the beach. All in all, we had a blast and can't wait for next time. Here are some pictures of the good times we shared.

Father's Day

Well I forgot to bring my camera when we went to my dad's house for Father's Day (woops), but fortunately I remembered the week before, celebrating a little early, when we spent the day with Jim's dad and took these great family photos.

9 Months Photos

I forgot about Tyler's 9 months photo shoot...so by the time we got these pictures taken, he just turned 10 months. Close enough, right.

May Video - Learning to Walk

Last month Tyler took his first "real" steps...he had been doing one or two. We were in the living room and I was seeing how long he could stand by himself, when he took a step, then another 4 steps and stopped to balance himself, and then took another 4-5 steps until he reached for the couch. I was pretty shocked and wanted to call his Dad, but he was gone camping. So we waited till he got home to show him what he had missed. We took a few videos; below is a small video of his little baby steps.

May Pictures

Tyler's cousin is feeding him lunch at his granny's house.

Here's Tyler on his rocking horse that his Great Grandfather Christensen made for him.

Tyler's enjoying his old bouncy chair...he barely fits now.

Jim loves comics...so Tyler has been sporting some Spidey PJ's and summer shorts around here lately.

5/25/09 Memorial Day

What better way to spend the holiday, then to spend it with Family...& a great bbq! It was a nice sunny day and we attempted a game of volleyball. We were going to play boys against girls, but since half of the girls were pregnant and unable to dive for the ball, we decided to split it up. It was fun...or maybe I should say funny...you could tell we all needed some more practice. Afterwards we had some good..no GREAT food and then the kids went on a couple of tractor rides. LAST but certainly not least...PIE & ICE CREAM!!! My favorite! I got a picture of the Oh-So-Yummy pie below!

Tyler didn't want to miss out on the ride...he tried to catch up, but half way up the hill he rolled all the way back.
